Are you a nurse looking for a part-time weekend role where your care truly makes a difference? 1st Americare is hiring a compassionate and reliable RN or LPN to provide one-on-one nursing care to an adult client in Hillsborough, NJ. This position offers a calm, structured environment where your clinical skills and personal attention are appreciated.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide care in line with a tailored, individual care plan Support the client with morning routines, hygiene, and mobility Administer medications and monitor vital signs Document care activities and health changes accurately Maintain regular communication with the family and care team

Who We’re Looking For:

Licensed RN or LPN in the state of New Jersey Previous home care or adult care experience preferred (training available) Independent, dependable, and clinically confident Compassionate with strong attention to detail Fully available for both weekend day shifts
