POSITION
Immunization and Clinical Service Specialist
DEPARTMENT
Department of Health SALARY:
$56,996, In addition to contractual COLA increases, the annual salary of $56,996 will increase by $400 on the anniversary date for three years

DESCRIPTION
This employee performs routine nursing services in accordance with a detailed and well-defined patient / client care plan under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse or a higher-level nursing administrator. The work may be performed in a clinical and / or community setting or at patients’ or clients’ home as an employee of the County. Supervision may be exercised over clinical support staff. Does related work as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of a course of study approved by the State Education Department as qualifying for Licensed Practical Nurse and at least five (5) years experience in a hospital / healthcare facility.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
∙Licensed by the State of New York to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the time of appointment and throughout employ- ment; ∙Current New York State Driver License at the time of appointment and throughout employment. Please submit a copy of your resume with this application.
