• $64,709.01 Under the direction of the attending physician, RN, LeadLPN or practice coordinator, the LPN will provide direct patientcare and assist in the following clinical functions to allproviders Salary range: $24.50/hr.
• $28.76/hr. Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities
• Obtain and accurately record patient’s vitalsigns
• Documents components of patient’s history
• Communicates inan open and appropriate manner with patients, visitors and staff
• Participates in in-office procedures under the direction andsupervision of a licensed healthcare provider
• Performs diagnosticCLIA waived testing
• Performs venipuncture to obtain blood for labtesting
• Prescription call-backs per scope of practice
• Prepspatient’s chart for pertinent clinical information
• Maintainsinventory of supplies, and keeps patient examination rooms stocked
• Adheres to AMC’s regulatory compliance issues Qualifications
• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• required
• Previous experience in apatient care setting
• preferred
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
• Ability to effectively present informationand respond to questions from physicians, patients and their familymembers or other employees within the work setting.
