Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time Opportunity Are you a dedicated healthcare professional seeking a rewarding role in patient care and medical documentation? Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct comprehensive chart reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness + Maintain precise documentation and follow-up records + Organize medical files and patient care documentation + Process doctors’ orders, schedule follow-up appointments, and arrange specialist visits + Maintain tickler systems, face sheets, BM charts, and self-medication checklists
Qualifications:
+ LPN certification required + Proficiency in electronic health records management + Experience in healthcare, patient care, and patient education + NYS RN License preferred + Minimum of 3 years RN experience preferred

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
