Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursingassistants Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and LocalStandards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Directorof Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to youcomply with the written policies and procedures established by thefacility. What you Need to make a Difference Possess an Active LPNlicense in the state of residence Current/active CPR CertificationStrong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizationalskills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate andsimultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level ofquality and productivity. Excellent technical, assessment, anddocumentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
