PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients via directand/or telephone contact, following established standards andpractices
• Coordinate with other care team members to ensureseamless care delivery and active patient participation in planningand care
• Assist physicians or other providers with clinicalprocedures and participate in patient teaching

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of anaccredited school of Practical Nursing
• New York State (NYS)license with current NYS registration, in good standing or compactlicense

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience working in Pediatrics
• 1 years of experience as alicensed practical nurse or 2 years as a Medical Assistant in apertinent practice area Pay is based on several factors includingbut not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,certifications, etc.
