Duties:

• Collecting required information fromnew Residents to be admitted
• Recording health details ofResidents; including vitals & temperature
• Administeringmedications and injections to Residents as needed
• Treating anddressing wounds and bedsores as needed
• May be required tosupervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Helping Residentsget dressed & take care of personal hygiene
• Monitoring Residents’food and liquid intake and output

Requirements:

• Must be able towork as a team member
