Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring resident care meets high standards. Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain a collaborative, efficient work environment. Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans. Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as infection control protocols.
Requirements:
