You get passed from recruiter to credentialing topayroll like a hot potato, and half the time, no one knows yourname or where you’re actually going. Wayward isn’t built like that.
We’re a boutique agency on purpose.
That means:
You’re not one of10,00 nurses on a spreadsheet. You get one tight-knit team whohandles your whole journeyno corporate maze. We focus on long-termvibes, not one-and-done placements. We’re rebels with a purpose: tomake travel nursing feel less like a transaction and more like apartnership. Founded in April 2020, Wayward emerged from a deepunderstanding of the Travel Nursing industry’s challenges. Inspiredby the voices of travelers on platforms like Reddit and Facebook, our Founder envisioned a company that truly values and supportsclinicians. At Wayward, we’re committed to trust, transparency, andrespect, ensuring our clinicians feel genuinely prioritized. Byfostering a supportive environment, we empower them to focus ontheir passion—providing exceptional care.
