LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Position Available In Monroe, New York

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) INNOVA People Pittsford, NY 14534 We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurse’s (LPN) for a great contract opportunity in Pittsford, NY! Performs as a Team Leader when the need arises and document relevant information on appropriate forms.  May assist in treatments within the LPN scope of practice. Completes MDS’s assigned by the Director/Manager/Clinical Assessment Manager in accordance with regulation and accurately reflecting the health care status of residents. Attends care plan meetings and other relevant meetings as assigned. Participates in Quality Improvement activities including problem solving, audits, use of quality improvement tools and Focused Studies. Supervise and evaluate staff performance of daily assignments. Participate in admission and discharge planning processes as assigned. Promptly reports any suspected abuse, mistreatment, neglect, medication errors and any other unusual occurrences to the relevant director. Utilizes personal protective equipment, engineering and work practice control to prevent/minimize occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials and immediately reports any exposures.

Details:

13 week contract Evening shift: 2:30pm-11pm, rotating weekend 40 hours/week

Requirements:
