The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for: Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins) Shockwave therapy Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR Assisting in lab operations Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts Assisting medical providers with patient care Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols. Greeting patients Patient intake Scheduling appointments Answering Phones Other front office duties as needed

Qualifications:
