We are currently in search of compassionate and diligent Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are ready to provide outstanding care within our clients’ facilities, ensuring continuity by executing the physician’s plan of treatment under the guidance of our RN Supervisor. Your role is pivotal in advocating for the well-being of patients, enlightening families, and serving the community as a health educator.

$7,100-$11,268/month with weekly direct deposit.

Full-Time Schedule:

Minimum 5 shifts/week, with the opportunity for up to 9 shifts including overtime.

Positions available across Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau, the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island and New Jersey.

Your Profile Licensure:

Active and valid LPN license to practice in New York State.

Certification:

Current CPR certification (BLS or ALS).

Availability:

Ready to begin immediately; dependable and punctual.

Experience:

Strong clinical skills with a passion for patient-centered care.

Compliance:

Meets all State and Federal employment requirements for nursing facilities.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Clinical Proficiency:

Skilled in patient assessment and care delivery. Your Responsibilities Provide compassionate, patient-focused care under the supervision of RNs and direction of physicians. Accurately document patient care, vitals, and assessments per facility protocols. Educate patients and their families to promote health and support recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care. Uphold infection control, safety, and quality standards in all aspects of patient care.
