Patient Details:

The patient is a 16-year-old male diagnosed with Kearns-Sayre Syndrome. He is alert and verbal. Due to mobility impairments, he requires total assistance with daily activities. He is dependent on a straight catheter for bladder management. The patient is able to eat orally.

Shifts Avail:

Evenings:

Monday Friday 3pm 8pm for summer, in fall the day will extend to 10 hours and include school

Payrates:

$34 – $44/hour

Requirement:

Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License Experience with straight catheters.
