RequiredQualifications:

•Graduate of an accredited school of PracticalNursing•New York State (NYS) license with current NYSregistration, in good standing or compact license

PreferredQualifications:

•Current CPR/BLS certification•1 years ofexperience as a licensed practical nurse or 2 years as a MedicalAssistant in a pertinent practice area The hourly range for thisrole is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to locallabor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
