Opportunity:

Seeking an LPN in to work at beautiful brand new facility, doors will open soon! The LPN will work assessing and helping a caseload of clients connect to needed care and guiding them through the process with the goal of obtaining longer term housing.

Desired Schedule:

One LPN will be Sun-Wed 8am-5:30pm and the other will be Wed through Sat 10am-7:30pm

Your Characteristics:

You are passionate about helping severely mentally ill clients. You will have worked/working in a clinic setting and/or trained at an Academic Institution that introduced you to working with SMI clients. You may have an unconventional background or life experiences that lend to compassionate understanding.

Qualifications :

NYS certification. Vaccination preferred, not required.
