Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing careto patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact,following established standards and practices
• Coordinates withother members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery,maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participationin planning and care
• Assists physician or other provider withclinical procedures and participates in patient teaching
• Providesdirection to: clerical assistants, medical assistants, and othernon-licensed personnel You’ll be rewarded and recognized for yourperformance in an environment that will challenge you and give youclear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well asprovide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school ofPractical Nursing
• New York State (NYS) license with current NYSregistration, in good standing

Preferred Qualifications:

• CurrentCPR/BLS certification
• 1 years of experience as a licensedpractical nurse or 2 years as a Medical Assistant in a pertinentpractice area The hourly range for this role is $19.

86 to $38.85per hour based on full-time employment.
