Core Job Responsibilities Perform complete assessment data collection, under the supervision of an RN and / or provider, on all patients Assess and reassess pain. Educates the patient and family regarding pain management Observe and identify adverse changes in patient condition and notifies appropriate RN and / or provider Maintains current knowledge of medications and their correct administration Interacts professionally with patient and family.
