Direct Hire Excellent Company Culture As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will: Prepare patient charts and take vitals Document health history, medications, and visit details in Epic EMR Enter provider orders and obtain insurance authorizations Assist with procedures and anticipate provider/patient needs Administer medications and collect lab samples Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and sterilize instruments Communicate with patients, providers, and staff to ensure smooth workflow Handle patient calls and symptom-based messages in Epic Monitor and report patient satisfaction and concerns This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with potential for evenings and weekends in the future. Part-time or Full-time position available. 24-40hrs per week based on candidates’ preference.

The ideal candidate will have:

Valid NYS LPN license 1+ year of relevant experience Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) Epic EMR experience Knowledge of medical office procedures and coding (CPT/ICD-10)

Salary:
