Schedule:

Fourdays per week, 7:30am

• 5:30pm, and one required Saturday shift permonth from 7:30am
• 2:00pm

Family Medicine andPediatrics Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care topatients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact,following established standards and practices
• Coordinates withother members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery,maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participationin planning and care
• Administer Intermuscular and subcutaneousmedications as well as intradermal screenings
• Assists physicianor other provider with clinical procedures and participates inpatient teaching

• Provides Direction To:

  Clerical assistants,medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel Optum NY/NJwas formed in 2022 by bringing together Riverside Medical Group,CareMount Medical and ProHealth Care. The regional alignmentcombines resources and services across the care continuum

• frompreventative medicine to diagnostics to treatment and beyond acrossNew York, New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of anaccredited school of Practical Nursing
• New York State (NYS)license with current NYS registration, in good standing or compactlicense
• Understanding that this family practice position and awillingness to serve pediatric to geriatric patients

PreferredQualifications:

• Current CPR/BLS certification
• 1 years ofexperience as a licensed practical nurse or 2 years as a MedicalAssistant in a pertinent practice area
• EPIC experience
• Pediatrics experience The hourly range for this role is $19.

86 to$38.85 per hour based on full-time employment.
