DUTIES :
Collecting requiredinformation from new Residents to be admitted. Recording healthdetails of Residents; including vitals & temperature. Administeringmedications, treatments and injections to Residents as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work as a team member. Valid NY StateLPN license. Must be in good standing with State Registry.
