We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a reputable Long-Term Care/Nursing Home facility in Far Rockaway, NY. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and supporting residents’ daily health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient health and report changes to RN/Physician Assist residents with daily living activities Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care Adhere to infection control and safety procedures
Requirements:
Valid NY LPN License Prior LTC/Nursing Home experience preferred Must be local to the Far Rockaway area to secure your spot—limited openings available! #
