01 Under thedirection of the attending physician, RN, Lead LPN or practicecoordinator, the LPN will provide direct patient care and assist inthe following clinical functions to all providers Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities Obtain and accurately record patient’s vitalsigns Documents components of patient’s history Communicates in anopen and appropriate manner with patients, visitors and staffParticipates in in-office procedures under the direction andsupervision of a licensed healthcare provider Performs diagnosticCLIA waived testing Performs venipuncture to obtain blood for labtesting Prescription call-backs per scope of practice Prepspatient’s chart for pertinent clinical information Maintainsinventory of supplies, and keeps patient examination rooms stockedAdheres to AMC’s regulatory compliance issues Position will requirefloating to other multi-specialty sites as needed. QualificationsHigh School Diploma/G.E.D.
