8:00-4:30 Day (United States of America) LPN 1 Under the direction ofthe attending physician, RN, Lead LPN or practice coordinator, theLPN will provide direct patient care and assist in the followingclinical functions to all providers. The applicant is willing tofloat to other locations within AMC ENT Practice. Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities Obtain and accurately record patient’s vitalsigns Documents components of patient’s history Communicates in anopen and appropriate manner with patients, visitors and staffParticipates in in-office procedures under the direction andsupervision of a licensed healthcare provider Performs diagnosticCLIA waived testing Performs venipuncture to obtain blood for labtesting Prescription call-backs per scope of practice Prepspatient’s chart for pertinent clinical information Maintainsinventory of supplies, and keeps patient examination rooms stockedAdheres to AMC’s regulatory compliance issues Qualifications HighSchool Diploma/G.E.D.
