Job Description Description/n Community Care Urology is lookingfor a Full Time LPN to join their team! /n This is a 40-hour week.

The hours are: Monday

• Friday 7:30am-4:00pm /n This position iseligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus /n

Responsibilities:

/n /n

• Administer and record vaccines. /n
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate. /n
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legibleand timely manner. /n
• Maintain timely patient flow. /n
• Preparepatient for visit as appropriate, based on office/providerrequirements. /n
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) frompatients as directed by the provider. /n
• Accurate and timelyorder entry into the lab system. /n
• Perform clinical officeprocedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer,medication administration and immunizations) /n
• Process patientprescriptions. /n
• Discuss test results with patients perprovider’s instructions.

• Valid NYS LPN license. /n
• Previous LPNexperience in a medical practice or prior experience as a MedicalAssistant or Patient Care Tech. /n
• Strong computer skills withexperience using EMR. /n
• Knowledge of basic nursing principlesand protocols. /n
• Knowledge of policies and procedures related toinfection control, environmental safety, and patientconfidentiality. /n
• Maintain strictest confidentiality anddiscretion. /n
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records. /n
• Skill in appropriate assessment and assistance techniques.
