Summary :
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Long-Term Care facilities provide direct nursing care to residents, assisting with daily medical needs under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) or physicians. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, supporting residents with daily activities, and ensuring a safe and compassionate environment. LPNs play a key role in maintaining residents’ health and quality of life in a long-term care setting.
Requirements:
