Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a part-time evening shift contract in Montour Falls, NY . Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient care Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

Active LPN or LVN license in the state of New York Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (preferred) Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
