40 hours per week/5 days Pay breakdown : Hourly rate – $42.00 [$15.50 taxable | $26.50 non-taxable] OT rate – $54.60 Weekly Gross – $1,680.00 [$620.00 taxable | $1,060.00 stipend]

Job Summary:

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility provides direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents’ health, assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams. The LPN plays a key role in ensuring resident comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting a respectful and supportive environment.

Requirements:
