Glens Falls Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) towork the Overnight Shift (10:30pm-6:30am) in Glens Falls, NY. Weare now offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus Rates go from $29/hr -$34/hr with a .65 shift differential
DUTIES:
Collecting requiredinformation from new Residents recently admitted. Recording healthdetails of Residents; including vitals & temperature. Administeringmedications and injections to Residents as needed. Treating anddressing wounds as needed. Required to supervise Certified NursingAssistants (CNAs). Helps Residents get dressed & take care ofpersonal hygiene. Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake andoutput. Ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work as a team member. Valid LPNState license. Must be in good standing with State Registry.
