Job Description
LPN•LTC•Local Contract 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Penn Yan, NY WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a LPN for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in , Penn Yan, NY.
Job Function :
Evening Shift. 5×8: 2pm•10pm. Plan and manage patient care based on individual needs. Interview patients and document their medical history and physical condition. Obtain and monitor vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. Provide routine care, observe patients’ health, and assist with comfort measures. Support physicians and registered nurses with procedures and prepare specimens for lab couriers.
Job Requirements:
Completion of a state-approved LPN program. Current LPN license in the state of New York. 2 years of LPN experience is required. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care (LTC) facility is required.
