Schedule:
ESY Program Hours:
8:00 AM•2:00 PM (School hours: 9:00 AM•1:00 PM) Monday through Friday May extend beyond ESY if nurse is consistent and reliable
Description:
Soliant is seeking a licensed and experienced LPN or RN to provide 1:1 care for a medically fragile male student attending Institute Day School in Pittsburgh. The nurse will provide care during the school day and on the bus ride to and from school. Parking is available at the student’s home.
Student Needs Include:
Tracheostomy care G-tube feeding Ventilator support
Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license Previous experience with trach, G-tube, and vent care preferred Strong reliability and consistency in attendance Comfort working with medically complex pediatric students
