Nursing Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and assess patient’s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection processing
• Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in acute care or home health setting
• Experience in pediatrics is highly preferred
• Proficient in medication administration and venipuncture
• Knowledge of infection control standards and procedures
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
