Through our quality care, we help our clients with the medical, physical, and emotional strain that comes when home health care is needed the most._ Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Bensalem office. This office services pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in Bucks, Philadelphia, and Montgomery Counties.
Requirements:
- Valid PA LPN License or Valid PA RN License
- Physical
- 2 Step PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid CPR Certification
Valid Driver’s License or State ID Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one care in the home
- Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a registered nurse
- Following the plan of care and doctors’ orders
- Following all clinical and office policies
