Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of LPNs and other care staff. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient/resident care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assist with staff scheduling and assignments. Provide direct nursing care as needed. Communicate effectively with patients/residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Participate in staff training and development.

Newly Graduated LPNs:

Hospital LPNs:
Seeking a change of pace, a less acute setting, and a more predictable schedule.
Experienced LPNs:
Desiring a supervisory role with career progression opportunities. LPNs seeking a flexible schedule with 12-hour shifts.
Schedule:
12-hour shifts available: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM [Specify days of the week or rotation if applicable, e.g., “Rotating schedule includes weekends and holidays.”]
