Summary We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Arbutus Park Manor. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while supporting our mission of compassionate service. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and report any changes to the nursing staff. Assist with daily living activities and personal care for residents. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management. Requirements Current LPN license in the state of practice. Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics. Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Compassionate attitude towards elderly patients and their families.
