Key Responsibilities:

• Medication & Treatment Administration
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility policies.
• Patient Monitoring & Reporting
• Observe residents’ conditions, document care accurately, and promptly report changes to the Nursing Supervisor and/or Physician.
• Shift Handover & Communication
• Provide clear and thorough resident status updates to oncoming shifts, supervisors, and nursing staff.
• Physician Order Execution
• Properly transcribe and carry out physician orders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Infection Control & Safety
• Follow all infection control procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
• Inventory Management
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining supplies, medications, and medical equipment.
• Quality Improvement
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance patient care and facility Operations.
• Resident Care & Comfort
• Provide compassionate nursing care that prioritizes both the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
• Clinical Rounds & Problem-Solving
• Conduct routine rounds to observe residents, address concerns, and implement effective solutions.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration
• Effectively communicate and coordinate care with other healthcare team members.
• Customer Service & Resident Rights
• Uphold a high standard of service while respecting resident rights and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in the state of Pennsylvania (required) .
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
