The LECOM Institute for Successful Living is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Geriatric Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our growing healthcare family. In this vital role, you’ll provide skilled, patient-centered care to our elderly residents—enhancing their quality of life and preserving their dignity every single day.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver top-quality nursing care tailored to geriatric patients’ unique needs Monitor residents’ health and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Foster strong relationships with residents and their families Promote a nurturing, respectful, and empowering environment

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania Previous experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred (but not required—we train the right people!) Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to elder care Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Why Join Us?
