Job Overview:
Soliant is seeking a compassionate and licensed School Nurse to support a student in Scranton, PA . This role involves providing essential medical care to students throughout the school day. This is a contracted position for the 2025-2026 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfilling duties within the classroom that includes positioning, changing, feeding, tube feedings, medications, emergency are to include replacement of MIC-KEY gastrostomy tube, etc. Complete all nursing requirements for documentation in a school setting Administer medications, first aid, and necessary treatments Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop individualized health plans Monitor and assess students’ health needs, addressing any concerns Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with school policies
