Full time, part time, prn and weekendLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions As an LPN at GenesisHealthCare, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurseto deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achievingpositive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care in accordance withacceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank ofcare, as well as physician’s treatment plan. Follow a care plandesigned by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administrationand treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor resident’s conditionsand report accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation inaccordance with orders provided. Qualifications:
Agraduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursingCurrently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing CPR Proficiency inEnglish to ensure patient safety and effective communication.?Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
