Full time, part time, prn and weekend Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) positions As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you willwork under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficientand effective nursing care while achieving positive clinicaloutcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Providepatient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursingpractice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’streatment plan. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care(POC) Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

Qualifications:
A graduate of an approved schoolfor practical or vocational nursing Currently licensed by PA StateBoard of Nursing CPR Proficiency in English to ensure patientsafety and effective communication.? Ability to work with multiplepatients at once.
