RN:

$38

• 44 per hour Pay for

LPN:

$29 to $34 per hour

Shift Differentials:

+$1.50/hr for Afternoons & Midnights What You’ll Do (RN): Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans Administer and evaluate nursing care with excellence Supervise nursing assistants and team members in delivering top-tier care Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Support infection control, health, and safety policies Be a leader and role model of our caring, inclusive culture What You’ll Do (LPN): Provide and evaluate compassionate nursing care to residents Lead and support Nursing Assistants and other staff Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards Communicate clearly with residents, families, and care teams Maintain a safe, clean, and uplifting environment

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania Current CPR or BLS certification Strong communication skills and attention to detail Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and reliability Must be able to work scheduled shifts (12-hour days or nights) A warm, caring personality and a team-first attitude Previous long-term care experience is a plus—but not required!
