As an LPNat Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the direction of aRegistered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing carewhile achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/familysatisfaction
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care in accordancewith acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plankof care, as well as physician’s treatment plan. Follow a care plandesigned by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administrationand treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor resident’s conditionsand report accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation inaccordance with orders provided.
Qualifications:
A graduate of anapproved school for practical or vocational nursing Currentlylicensed by PA State Board of Nursing Proficiency in English toensure patient safety and effective communication.? Ability to workwith multiple patients at once.
