Job Title:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Evening 3:00 PM – 11:30
PM Contract Duration:

Weeks Guaranteed Hours:
36 hours/week
Pay Rate:
$38 – $42/hr
Requirement:
Local Candidates Only Important:
Per facility policy, if an LPN calls off on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday , they will be required to make up those hours the following weekend .
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and symptoms Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, feeding, and mobility Collect specimens and assist in diagnostic procedures Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records Communicate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure quality care delivery
Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania LPN license BLS Certification Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience preferred.
