Flexible Schedule Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Monitoring patients for changes in condition and reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
- Educating patients and their families on healthy living and medication regimens.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of employment.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills for interactions with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
