Licensed Practical Nurse Day & Evening Position Available In Pike, Pennsylvania

• Position Summary:

• Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem
• Shift 8 Hour (7:00 AM- 3:00 PM) & (3:00 PM-11:00 PM)
• Delaware Valley Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Matamoras, Pennsylvania.
• Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for the well-being and nursing care of all residents assigned to their care during their shift change, or tour of duty.

• Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse
• Currently licensed/registered in the State (Pennsylvania). Must maintain an active LPN license in good standing throughout employment.
• Minimum Two (2) years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• CPR certification

• General Statement of Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing team.
• Document residents’ health status, medication administration, and treatments in medical records.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and assistance to residents and their families.
• Provide leadership and guidance to C.N.A. staff and respond immediately to emergencies.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice.

LPNs play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to residents in long-term care facilities.
