We are currently seeking an LPN or RN to administer medications to residents at a disability and special needs facility in Barnwell, SC.

Job Overview:

As a Med Pass Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications to residents in three community homes. These homes each serve 8-12 residents, with one located in Barnwell and two others in Williston (within walking distance). You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure our residents receive the best care possible. The commute between the homes is paid at a rate of $0.50 per mile. This is a PRN (Part-Time) position primarily on weekends, with coverage needed for weekdays and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plans. Ensure the safe and timely delivery of medications. Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain high-quality care. Document medication administration and any relevant observations. Complete assigned tasks with attention to detail and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Current SC Nursing License (LPN or RN). Valid CPR or BLS Certification (must be current). 2-Step PPD or TB Blood Test (must be completed prior to starting; not provided by employer). Must pass a background check and drug screening. 1 year of nursing experience preferred, especially in long-term care settings.

Compensation:

LPN Pay Rate:

$28.00 per hour.

RN Pay Rate:

$33.00 per hour. Weekly pay through Medustrial Staffing. Paid commute between homes at $0.50 per mile.
