Your Role:
As an LVN/LPN at our facility, you’ll play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians Monitoring residents’ health status and responding promptly to any changes Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Assisting residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well-being Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families Maintaining accurate documentation of residents’ health records

Qualifications:
