One year of recent experience as anLPN Valid LPN license in compliance with state regulations Othercertifications may be required depending on facility requirements ALicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides hands-on nursing care toresidents and/or patients, ensuring their medical and daily livingneeds are met with compassion and efficiency. LPNs monitor patientconditions, administer medications, assist with treatments, andcollaborate with the healthcare team to promote residents’ overallhealth and well-being. Provide bedside care to patients and assistwith personal hygiene and activities of daily living Assist withwound care, catheter management, and other skilled nursingprocedures Administer prescribed medications and treatments andtreatments following facility policies, and state nursingregulations Document care provided and resident status accuratelyand in a timely manner Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and healthcareproviders to develop and follow individualized care plans Educateresidents and families about medications, treatments, and diseasemanagement Support residents’ emotional well-being, providingcompassionate care and meaningful interactions Supervise CNAs andother support staff, delegating tasks appropriately Recognize andreport changes in patient condition to RNs and healthcare providerteam Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate interventionswithin the LPN scope of practice The ability to read, write, &communicate in the English language is required Physical Abilities

• Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment(50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending Technical/Motor Skills
• Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able tomove about when assisting with procedures and/or using departmentequipment. Must be able to work under close supervisionoccasionally as well as working without assistance from otherpersonnel. Sensory
