Licensed Practical NurseLPNResponsibilities:
Administer medication to residents inaccordance with their care plan.
Perform treatments, as assigned perphysicians orders, within scope of practice.
Accurately report andrecord the residents condition and care including signs andsymptoms which may be indicative of change.
Perform all duties inaccordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Other dutiesas assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing andAdministrator.
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently or partof a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long term care experience ispreferred but not required.
License:
Must have an Active LicensedPractical Nurse LPN license.
