Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of a physician or advanced practice provider Assist with patient exams, treatments, and procedures Administer medications and injections as prescribed Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment Collaborate with team members to improve patient outcomes and clinic efficiency
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a physician office or outpatient setting preferred
Licensure/Certifications:
