Pay Rates:

LPN:

Local•$32.00/hr | Travel•$38.00/hr (travel is 50+ miles from facility)

RN:

Retirement Facility:

As an RN or LPN at The Lakes at Litchfield, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents.

Responsibilities include:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any changes Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff Documenting care accurately and in a timely manner Ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of all residents Requirements to

Get Started:

Valid RN or LPN license in the state of South Carolina Current CPR/First Aid or BLS certification (must be obtained independently) Valid 2-step TB test, TB blood test, or TB X-ray (within the past year) Two forms of government-issued ID Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (provided by employer) Why Apply?
